A combination of hits and misses
The staff is friendly and the breakfasts are good. The ambiance in the lobby is lovely, and the room was comfortable and cozy.
The check-in process was agonizingly slow, taking nearly an hour, and the internet connectivity was inconsistent, which hampered productivity .

The Panafric Queen Room was pretty nice, nothing too fancy but clean and comfy. The bed felt great after a long day, and the decor had a cozy vibe. Bathroom was standard, but everything worked fine. Just a bit of noise from outside during the day which was kind of annoying.

We enjoyed brunch events and indulged in a relaxing spa treatment. The clean rooms and great location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Don't miss out on the excellent cocktails at the pool bar. Great spot for a fun getaway!
The only downside was the check-in process, a bit chaotic. We faced delays, but the staff eventually sorted everything out. It just added some stress at the beginning of our trip.
